AbstractSMA N 1 GUBUG is one of the public schools in Grobogan Regency. In SMA N 1 GUBUG, asset management is
still recorded manually and using Microsoft Office excel so that asset management performance is not optimal
and data redundancy is easy to occur. Asset management at SMA N 1 GUBUG is done manually and by using
Microsoft Office Excel. Manually, namely through bookkeeping so that asset management and asset reporting are
not optimal. Manual systems like this make Administrative (TU) employees have difficulty in recording and
reporting assets. So that one way to be optimal is the use of a website-based information system. This research
will produce a prototype system that describes the functionality of recording assets, recording outgoing assets,
recording incoming assets, borrowing assets, and asset reports. The system development method used is the
waterfall. The tools used in realizing this system are PHP and Mysql along with the Sublime Text Text editor. The
results of this prototype will be further implemented so as to produce a website-based asset management
information system at SMA N 1 GUBUG.
