AbstractThe Semarang City Trade Office is one of the Regional Apparatus Work Units (SKPD) within the Semarang City
Government which one of the main tasks and functions is to carry out and carry out collective collection of
retribution in the administrative area of the Semarang City Government including Markets and Street Vendors
(PKL). The retribution ticket used must be approved or perporated by the relevant agency. In recording, managing
data, distributing tickets and reporting, they still rely on Microsoft Excel and have not been integrated into a
computer system properly, so a separate application system is needed using a Delphi 7 desktop-based application
with a Microsoft Access database, namely the Retribution Ticket Distribution Management Information System. At
the Semarang City Trade Office to overcome existing problems.
