AbstractInventory management in a company, both small and large scale is very important. Because it can facilitate the
control and tracking of goods and transactions in the business. Bojes Vapezone is a vape business or shop that
sells various vaping needs such as liquid, accessories, cotton, coil, and others. The problems that occur in the
system that is currently running are for processing data in the entry and exit of goods, purchase data, sales data,
employee data and customer data, because all of them are still using records in the ledger. So it is not uncommon
for owners to have difficulty in calculating goods, searching for sales and purchasing history, then getting
information on stock items, employee data and customer data also having difficulties. The purpose of this research
is to create an Inventory Management Information System that can be used to manage incoming Bojes Vapezone
and outgoing goods, stock of goods, customer data Bojes Vapezone, transactions using the Waterfall method and
by using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for structured modeling. The system generated from this research can
manage data in and out of goods, goods data, employee data, customer data and transaction data that can be
accessed through the website.
