| Abstract | ABSTRACT Many types of businesses today take advantage of technological sophistication. But not at the Larisa Husada Clinic, which still uses a manual system in all its administrative processes. There are various problems including, obstruction of the data collection process, less than optimal performance of employees, loss of important data, damage to data due to natural and other factors, data retrieval that still relies on archives, patients who wait a long time in administrative services and the possibility of errors in examination fees . Based on this problem analysis, it is necessary to have a clinical management information system that can minimize the existing problems in order to improve service and employee performance. The research method used in data collection to support the development of the system includes observation, interviews with clinic owners and literature studies from various sources. Methods of data analysis using qualitative methods. The system development method used is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model. The design of the system design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used to build a clinical management information system is HTML, PHP, CSS and MySQL database, and this clinic management information system will be implemented offline web. The results obtained after carrying out all these stages is a Larisa Husada Clinic Management Information System that can be applied easily to support the business processes at the clinic. |
