AbstractCV Sukses Sejahtera is a business in the field of construction consulting, construction management, supervision
and feasibility studies. In carrying out the business process and work CV. Sukses Sejahtera has shortcomings in
the field of administration, especially in the project management section that has not been properly recorded and
managed so that problems such as colliding schedules or missed events / activities arise. From the existing
problems, it can be resolved by the existence of a project management information system which is the best solution
to solve problems in carrying out existing administrative processes. This system was built using the RAD (Rapid
Application Development) method.The web-based project management information system is a system designated
for CV. Scalatis and is used as an administrative process which includes managing job lists, sales order data team,
partner data, transaction lists, and monthly reports.This system was built using the PHP programming language
and MySQL database. The making of this Final Project is done with the hope of facilitating CV. Sukses Sejahtera
in running its business, especially in the administration sector, so that it is well managed and recorded.
