AbstractABSTRACT

Car rental business is a businessin the transportation service sector which is currently being developed. However,
in general, data Management is still done manually. At first the manual system was not a problem, but along with
the increasing number of cars owned and the increasing number of tenants who made transactions, the data being
managed was getting bigger, thus data Management by manual method became ineffective and efficient again.
Therefore, to ensure accuracy and speed in presenting information, a CodeIgniter-based F3 Rent Car Rental
Management Information System begins by collecting data related to the system to be created. Then do the
analysis, and proceed with designing the system based on the results of the analysis. This system aims to assist in
managing car availability data, transaction data and can reduce errors in the data recording process and reduce
errors in reporting.
