| Abstract | ABSTRACT Village government is part of the central government whose implementation is aimed at rura. In carrying out its government, the village government is headed by a village head, who is in charge of administering Government, implementing development, community development, and empowering the Village community. To be able to fulfil his duties, fast information is needed, so that even though he is not in the office, the village head can still know the information that comes in and immediately follows up on it. One form of communication media that exists within the village government is a letter.To manage information about mail, a web-based mail information system is needed. In building a letter information system, the author uses the prototype development method. Analysis of system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and to build this website usingCodelgniter’s frame fork, and MySQL as the database. It is hoped that the application made can provide convenience in providing services to residents, especially in Ploso Village |
