AbstractSMA Negeri 1 Gubug is a high school located in Central Java, precisely at Jalan Ahmad Yani number 171 Gubug,
Gubug District, Grobogan Regency. One of the routines that is often done is carrying out extracurricular activities,
but data access is still difficult and inefficient, coordination between parties involved make the data processing process
more hampered. To overcome this problem, a web-based extracurricular monitoring information system was created.
With this information system, parties involved in extracurricular activities can coordinate well with easier data access,
and facilitate the process of assessment and preparation of activity reports. The final result of the system is a website
that manages student data, attendance data, extracurricular data, user data, galleries and achievement data, the
system is made using the waterfall method, the tools used to realize this system are PHP and MySql along with the
Visual Studio text editor. Code. The results of this system will be further implemented to produce a Web-Based
Extracurricular Monitoring Information System at SMAN 1 Gubug
