| Abstract | ABSTRACT Drinking water companies (PAM) are agencies that are engaged in distributing clean water to the community, as well as providing services and administering utilization in the drinking water sector. PAM Tirto Sari has experienced problems in managing customer data and receiving complaints from customers. With customers covering one village, the PAM customer data service process is still manual. The manual is like recording customer data using Microsoft Excel and customer billing data is recorded in a special book. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to create an information system that can facilitate the management of PAM Tirto Sari. The final results obtained can make it easier for the admin to carry out management and transactions at PAM Tirto Sari, Rowosari Village. So that it can minimize errors and prevent data loss. |
