AbstractPosyandu is a health service unit whose job is to provide maternal and child health services in the Genjahan
Village area, Jiken District, Blora Regency. Posyandu is carried out by Posyandu Cadres and Health Officers.
The data processing in the Posyandu in the Genjahan sub-district area is still done manually, still using notebooks,
causing slow data generation so that posyandu cadres often experience difficulties. This method is considered
inefficient because it causes difficulties in the posyandu data management process, making it difficult for cadres
to search for data on mothers and toddlers. To make a web-based posyandu service information system using the
PHP programming language with a MySQL database. It is hoped that this system can provide convenience for
cadres and health workers in searching, processing maternal and child data, managing activity results reports
effectively and efficiently
