AbstractABSTRACT

Zaman Percetakan was established in 2010, is one of printing that is in Semarang. Zaman Percetakan provides a wide range of printing services ranging from invitation, yassin books, souvenirs. As long as Zaman Percetakan used manual ways of recording and saving order data, such as writing on a piece of paper or a note as evidence of an order. This way is doesn’t effective to use because it waste of energy, cost and the use of more paper. In addition, advertised activities are still use brochures and pamphlets that given to the public, in the advertised of the products that will be marketed impact on less known Zaman Percetakan product, though customers prefer other printing. Based on the problems by analyzing the indication, the authors can took the conclusions about an opportunity of information system development order by making the web as a optimization promotion media for the Zaman Percetakan. In this Final Project, the author uses waterfall model. This model takes a systematic and sequential approach, it called waterfall because step by step that has to wait must be completed the previous stage and run sequentially. The results in this research is the authors produce order information system in the Printing Period. And also the ordering can more easily without having customers come to the workshop but only through the internet media, in building this information system the author uses PHP and HTML programming language.
