| Abstract | JS Towing is a tow crane service provider or better known as towing. JS Towing has been established since 2015 which started from an ordinary car repair shop to provide towing services in 2018. Ordering towing services has so far been done manually, namely by coming to the office directly so that this system is not efficient in saving time, energy and materials. With the problem in the system, a webbased ordering system that is integrated with whatsapp was designed. By using WhatsApp's integrated features, towing makes it easier to organize and make transaction notification notifications easier. In building a web-based ordering information system and integrated with whatsapp, the author uses the Waterfall method by designing the system using Unifield Modeling Language (UML). The system is built using PHP and the database used is MySQL. The final result of this research is to form an ordering system, transaction and web-based revenue transaction data recap which can reduce errors in the data recording process and reduce errors in reporting |
