| Abstract | ABSTRACT PT Daikin is a large company and has many braches . One of branch is located in semarang city.. Airconditioning Daikin is one of the airconditioning which is already popular among the community, therefore AC is much sought after by the community. But the public or consumers Daikin not many know Daikin dealer that sell and deal in AC Daikin and DACS after-sales service. Central java itself is divided into two regions, namely Semarang and Yogyakarta, causing consumers to be confused to find a dealer and DACS, because Daikin itself does not serve retail sales so the more sales are directed to a Daikin dealer branch in Semarang, it is one of the problems often faced by the consumer Daikin. In the manufacture of this system the author conducted data collection through observation and interviews with relevant parties directly involved, both employees and leaders. For system development methods the author uses the waterfall method. While making an application program using the java programming language with android studio and SQLite database. The end result of this system in the form of a search program dealer and DACS Daikin, resulting in a new way that helps the sales process more consistent, effective and efficient. |
