AbstractBerkah Aqiqah is a service company that provides aqiqah services. In the service process, Berkah Aqiqah still uses
the manual method where the officers enter customer data, aqiqah participant data, and transaction details on the
order form. This makes officers who need customer order information have to open the order form one by one to
obtain the required information.In this problem, we need a WEB-based Aqiqah Blessing transaction information
system using the PHP programming language and the database used is MYQL. This transaction information system
is expected to be a solution to the current problems. This Transaction Information System will have 2 accesses
where the first access is as an admin where employees can input transaction data, change and view transaction
data. As for the second access as a verifier which will be held by the superior. The system development method
used is the Waterfall method.The final result obtained is a WEB-based transaction information system, which is
expected to assist employees in recording transactions and finding transaction information for each customer.
