AbstractPT. BPR Gunung Kawi is a cooperative association nicknamed the "Kosgoro Representative market bank unit
VII". Service Program provided by PT. BPR Gunung Kawi to its customers is the provision of credit, savings, and
deposits. However, the credit application service program provided is still done manually. This is certainly not
effective and efficient for CS and customers. Therefore, based on the above explanation, it becomes an inspiration
for the author to create a Web-based credit application information system. For the flow of PT. BPR Gunung
Kawi Semarang city will be implemented conventionally and online. Web-Based Credit Application Information
System at PT. BPR Gunung Kawi Semarang city is made in order to provide convenience for customers in carrying
out credit applications through online. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based credit application
information system that can support the operational activities of credit applications. With the website - based
credit application information system can provide convenience for the perpetrators of the system, either in the
form of customers or staff of PT. BPR Gunung Kawi. The ease provided is in the form of ease in accessing data
and also sending files.
