| Abstract | ABSTRACT The Jangkungharjo Village Hall Office has an administration section that manages important information called the archive. At present the management of records at the Jangkungharjo Village Hall Office is still managed by a manual that is only processed and stored in an archive in the form of a book, if the archive is poorly managed, it can be difficult to find the information that has been stored and ultimately can hamper the next stage of the work process. Therefore, archives should be managed using a web-based management system with the aim to streamline the time used to find back the letter you are looking for and help in the storage process so that the letter is not damaged or lost. The method used in developing this system is the waterfall method and making an application created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which will become a Web-Based Letter Filing System which is expected to be able to assist the administration of the Jangkungharjo Village Hall Office. |
