AbstractJunior high school (SMP) Bhakti Negara Guntur is one of the institutes in the education sector located in the
district of Demak. Schools certainly often carry out many activities, one of which is the activity of sending letters
and receiving letters. In this modern era, all kinds of things can not be separated from the sophistication of
technology. Various forms of technological sophistication have been running according to their respective
systems. The application of technology helps the performance of SMP Bhakti Negara Guntur in sending letters
and receiving letters more easily. Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System with Email
Gateway is an application that is designed and built to facilitate the activities of sending and receiving letters. The
system is made web-based, with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) System development method. The RAD
method has the advantage of being relatively fast, and for a short processing time so that the system is easy to
develop. The results of the entire series of processes can create a system for SMP Bhakti Negara Guntur to make
work easier. This Mail Management Information System can help SMP Bhakti Negara Guntur in managing letters,
sending and receiving letters more easily.
