| Abstract | PT. Teratai Perkasa Energy is a company engaged in the fuel oil (BBM) industry located in Blora Regency. Payroll system and attendance at PT. Teratai Perkasa Energy is still done manually so it is less effective and efficient which also has an impact on the data processing process. Manually, namely through bookkeeping so that the work is not optimal. A manual system like this makes it difficult for admins to record employee attendance and payroll reporting. The number of employees at PT. Teratai Perkasa Energy has 30 people, which means that admins do repeated attendance and payroll 30 times. Therefore, the use of a website-based information system is one of the solutions to this problem. This study will produce a prototype system that describes the functionality of recording position data, recording employee data, recording overtime data, confirming attendance, employee benefits, employee account data, monthly attendance data and TPP data. The system development method used is waterfall. The application is designed using the PHP programming language and The MySQL database with geolocation feature. The results of this design will be further implemented so as to produce a website-based employee attendance and payroll information system at PT. Teratai Perkasa Energy. |
