AbstractABSTRACT

School is one of the organizational means in providing services to the community in the field of education. At the
Pati National Vocational High School (SMK), in processing grades still using the manual method, namely by
typing it in Microsoft excel, then printing it into a report per semester and the subject teacher writes student scores
on sheets of paper then deposited to the homeroom teacher to put it on the report card. In addition, students only
to value information at the end of the semester, in the form of hard file reports. Even though management has been
organized, this method is still not optimal and requires time. This method also has shortcomings in terms of time
efficiency. Therefore, the authors provide a form of problem solving by suggesting a value data processing
information system that is integrated with a database. In designing the value data processing information system
at the National High School of Pati, the writer uses the PHP programming language with PHPMyAdmin database
processing also using the Waterfall method. The purpose of this study was to build an information system that
could be used by Pati National Vocational High School to help process student value so that students could access
value information. The methodology used is field study, literature study, design, development and implementation.
The result of this research is a data processing information system of student scores expected to facilitate the
management, storage of value data and delivery of value information to students.
