| Abstract | ABSTRACT Heavy equipment rental information system at PT. SATWIGA is considered ineffective because the recording of loan data along with reports is still done in writing by recording using books and paper so that this system is not efficient in saving time, energy and materials. This study aims to find out the system that is running, make a system design and to find out the implementation of the results of the information system design that is built. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based heavy equipment rental information system at PT. SATWIGA. In building the system the approach method used is the Waterfall development method where the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. While the supporting software used is PHP, Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database. As for the system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The results of research at PT. SATWIGA can be concluded that with the construction of a heavy equipment rental information system, it is hoped that it can assist admins in managing rental data and can reduce errors in the data recording process and reduce errors in reporting. |
