AbstractABSTRACT

Information systems are a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use that
technology to support operations and management. Toko Bangunan Rizki Abadi Semarang is a building material
sales company that is growing to buy building materials, store them, then issue them or send them to consumers
due to sales transactions. At the Rizki Abadi Building Shop Semarang, they still use the manual method, as a result,
it often happens that goods are not available when consumers want to buy them. Therefore the company must pay
attention to inventory control. The development method that will be used is the Economic Order Quantity and
Reorder Point Methods. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based ordering information system that
can be used by shop owners and employees in accessing the number of goods that are out or are still available, so
that this system can make it easier for owners and employees of Rizki Abadi Building Stores to serve consumers
more effectively and efficient.
