AbstractThe authors are interested in conducting this research based on the author's observations where at PT Aman Indah
Makmur in the process of managing promotional material goods, it is necessary to have a process of recording
incoming goods, outgoing goods transactions, monitoring inventory and reports of good promotional material
goods. However, at PT Aman Indah Makmur the available reports still use the manual recording method. This
can be felt less than optimal in the process, because it will be difficult to record and calculate the number of types
of goods that exist and the amount of inventory. The large number of promotional material items resulted in officers
experiencing problems in managing and calculating transactions.The results of the research that the author
conducted concluded that information on the availability of promotional material for PT Aman Indah Makmur is
important, because managing inventory is required to be neatly organized and easy to manage. Therefore, to
minimize errors and inaccuracies in information, and more importantly to keep up with the developments of the
digitalization era, a new system was created to support processes within the company, namely the process of
recording incoming goods, outgoing goods transactions, monitoring inventory and reports - reports on
promotional materials. the good one.
