| Abstract | ABSTRACT At this time, information technology is very advanced and is developing so rapidly that companies must be able to keep up with the times in order to maintain their existence. At the Autofix Workshop, the system used is that consumers still need to come to ask the extent of the progress of the vehicle being serviced, and that requires free time from these consumers. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that makes it easier for consumers to get information about the progress of the vehicle at the Auofix Workshop. This study aims to make it easier for consumers to find out the progress of their vehicle without having to come to the workshop, which can be accessed easily via the WEB. The system to be created uses the PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) programming language, WEB-based which can be accessed easily and SQL as a database that will manage consumer data, data on cars being repaired and estimated repair costs of cars being serviced. And the Prototype method is used as a method of developing the system. With the results of filling up to 80%, this system can help to develop business processes, especially in the field of service to Autofix Workshop customers. The expected results from this system are to help and make it easier for consumers to get information about the progress of their vehicle without having to come to the workshop which sometimes requires free time from the consumer. |
