| Abstract | With current developments, information and communication technology is developing so rapidly. Various technologies were created to make it easier for people to get the latest information from any part of the world. One of the developments in information technology that is currently in great demand is computer technology. From the results of research that has been done, the information system on stock items at Mahesa Computer is based on a website in conveying and storing stock data still using the manual method, namely by using books. In addition, there are other problems where the book can be damaged at any time and the data on the stock of finished goods is lost. This system manages several data, including stock data, sales data, purchase data and stock reports. The inventory information system is built with the codeigniter framework programming language and mysql for the database. The development of this system uses prototype modeling. The data collection method uses 3 ways, namely interviews, observations, and literature studies. With the inventory information system at Mahesa Computer, 80% of the stock system is easy to understand and use by employees at Mahesa Computer. |
