AbstractAt PT. Nusantara Building Industries there are 4 (four) work units including Factory Manager, Operations
Manager, Finance Manager and QA and IT Manager where each work unit requires employees with different
qualifications and criteria. To find out the placement of the work unit according to the position of each employee,
the company conducted a psychological test which was carried out online, namely the Papi Kostick test where
the test was used to determine the personality of prospective employees in various aspects of the direction of the
employee's work. And the system developed by the online psychological test will provide work unit
recommendations for prospective new employees based on the facts of the online psychological test results.
