| Abstract | School is an educational facility that is expected to be able to deliver students or students to be able to face changing times. School rules are one of the efforts to train student discipline. Complaints or submission of aspirations and student complaints are important in an educational institution or school, because with the delivery of these aspirations, a school can more easily improve and improve its quality. Student complaints are a form of student participation in providing their aspirations so that school service providers can accommodate and respond to complaints from students. This is done with the aim that related parties can pay attention to what students need so as to create better services. Based on the results of data processing, the results of application trials carried out by 10 students, 10 guardians and 2 BK teachers were obtained for 83% of students, 2.2% of teachers and 78.4% of guardians who could use the application. At the stage of system development with web-based design analysis includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The implementation uses tools such as the Codeigniter Framework and uses the Prototype method as an interface design using Balsamiq and MySQL as database processing. It is hoped that this system can make it easier for students and BK teachers to resolve complaints so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and efficient. |
