AbstractCV. Multi Babeh Jaya is a company engaged in the distribution of , Wall folding clothesline. Thiscompany is often
faced with difficulties in knowing the amount of raw materials used to achievea certain level of production. In the
production of wall clotheslines, different raw materials are needed for each product because there are 2 types of
clotheslines, namely, double clotheslines and single clotheslines, also consisting of various sizes. This is due to the
weakness of the raw material management system carried out by the company which isstill manual using a handwritten
form by the admin. In the production process, the cost of raw materials must be takeninto account. In order for the cost
of raw materials to be used optimally, a good management is needed. Good management is carried out by carrying out
the design and control of the cost of rawmaterials. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to carry out raw
material managementprocessing. The method used to solve this problem is descriptive analysis with a quantitative
approach. The subjects in this study were CV. Multi Babeh Jaya and its object is part of the , Wallfolding clothesline
raw material. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, namely interviews, observation, and
documentation. This information system is built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter Framework and
MySQL data. By building a raw material management system for , Wall folding clothesline products, it is hoped that it
will provideconvenience in obtaining the information needed, especially in terms of managing the raw materials used
and producing reports on raw materials.
