| Abstract | CV Rajawali Putera Utama is a company engaged in construction services, project processing has been done manually so that project data cannot be structured properly. Since 2017 on average CV Rajawali Putera Utama has had 50-80 projects on a large or small scale, but data processing is still being recorded in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel which results in missed projects in terms of workmanship and billing. This can cause various problems that arise, including discrepancies in project plans, project progress, project reports and cost calculations. Therefore, this research was conducted to create a management system that can process data from planning to cost calculations. This system uses the Waterfall method and is built using the PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework. The results of the study based on questionnaire data filled out by respondents were quite satisfied with the existing management system because it helped the data processing both work scheduling, work reporting, and payments. |
