AbstractThis research uses the system method used is the waterfall modeling method or called waterfall which is carried
out in stages for each development. For the development model, it can be analogous to a waterfall, where each
stage is carried out sequentially from top to bottom. For the development model, it can be analogous to a waterfall,
where each stage is carried out sequentially from top to bottom. The Web-Based Patient Monitoring System at the
Sultan Fatah Demak Regional Hospital was chosen to make it easier for the patient's family in any condition of
the patient's health remotely. The Patient Monitoring System also makes it easier for hospital employees to collect
patient medical records. This system is expected to make it easier for hospital nurses to monitor inpatients more
efficiently and modernly.
