| Abstract | The increasing demands of society for a clean and professional government must be addressed systematically and seriously. Given the level of skepticism from the community, the government should be able to further improve their quality and performance. One of them is to collect employee data through a website-based system that uses the PHP programming language with the database using MySQL and the method used to compile this final task is to use the Prototype method. The employee system itself is a tool for managing employee data, in this case the Grobogan Inspectorate, to help achieve organizational goals where its function is to make work easier. It is hoped that with the employee data collection system, it will be a tool and provide useful information for timeliness in making decisions about promotions and periodic salary increases for State Civil Apparatus atthe Grobogan district inspectorate office in Jakarta. |
