| Abstract | ABSTRACT At CV. Anugerah Berkat Mandiri, there are already some parts that already use a computerized system, namely by entering data and information into a computer, and there are also some parts that still use a manual system by entering data and information with the system recorded in a ledger. One of the business processes carried out and still using manual methods is the pph 23. calculation and management service so that in its calculations it can experience human errors or errors from users which can also cause losses for clients if they have to incur more costs than they should. Apart from calculation activities, data security is also an important matter. If the data is not provided with restrictions or access restrictions, it can provide the possibility for people who do not have the right to be able to manipulate and change data, and even the possibility to delete data. Based on these problems, this study aims to produce a web-based pph 23 tax calculation information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method using qualitative data obtained from observations and interviews. The final results of this research are in the form of customer cost handling information and PPH 23 import handling which is expected to simplify and integrate service business processes in this company. |
