AbstractThis website-based Bread Ordering and Delivery System is a system created with the aim of improving the
company's services to customers, in this case the company will play an active role in serving customer needs by
utilizing the internet network in the process of communicating with customers online. CV. Global Net itself is an
MSME engaged in the food sector in the form of bread. The process of buying and selling transactions in CV.
Global Net still comes directly and orders via telephone in the process of buying and selling transactions to
customers, this causes the product marketing transaction process to be less effective so that income does not
increase. Revenue only relies on sales sales and only gets 2 million sales per day. There is no information system
to manage customer management in the product marketing process, so that the product is less well known by the
public. Therefore, the owner wants his business to be known by the public and can increase sales. This system uses
the waterfall development method, where this method has 5 stages, namely Requirement Analysis, Design,
Development, Testing, Maintenance. Making this system using the PHP programming language and using MySQL
