Sendang Jaya Makmur offers service and installation of Air Conditioners for company needs where there is a
problematic Air Conditioner in the office. Furthermore, customers can choose the AC product offered by the company
to then install the AC, or choose an AC service order, at a price that has been agreed upon by both parties. Web-Based
AC Service System is an application designed to accept AC service bookings for housing and offices. This application
is designed to be able to record the history of AC service transactions. This application is made using the PHP, HTML
and CSS Web programming languages. The database used is MySQL. This application has 2 actors, namely Customer
and Admin. The services contained in this application are ordering AC service and AC installation
