AbstractABSTRACT

The quality of employees for companies or agencies is a very important issue. One way to stimulate enthusiasm and increase employee dedication and performance is to select the best employees. Selecting the best employees must pay attention to various assessment criteria so that the selected employees are worthy. There are many methods that can be used in making the selection, the researcher uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in selecting the best employees. The system development method used is the Prototype method. The developer of this best employee selection system uses Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP). The purpose of this researcher is to identify and analyze the results of selecting the best employees using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The results of this study have succeeded in making the Best Employee Selection System at the Jetaksari Village Office, Pulokulon District using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. So that it is easier for users to determine the selection of the best employees according to the criteria so that there are no errors in the selection.
