AbstractABSTRACT

PT Roda Pasifik Mandiri Semarang has not had a standardized assessment of human resources used in determining exemplary employees. In the absence of standardization in assessing human resources, it will not be known the quality of these employees in pursuing a career in accordance with their fields and competence. Based on observations made by the author at PT Roda Pasifik Mandiri Semarang, especially in disciplinary matters, some employees have not been able to meet the applicable working hour regulations because the workload received by each employee is different so that employees have to do overtime to complete their work. Making decisions that are not right will result in employees being elected sometimes not in accordance with the actual reality, while employees with good performance are sometimes not elected. With these problems, it is necessary to have a solution that can handle this, namely by creating a decision support system (Decision Support System) with the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). This system is expected to be able to objectively assist HRD in making decisions about employees who are considered to have the best performance each year.
