AbstractManagers are people who have good experience, knowledge, and skills so that they can lead, control, control, and
develop organizations or companies in order to achieve goals. So in the selection of managers must be very
selective. The research was conducted at Aneka Jaya Kendal branch, where the selection of managers is still done
manually, namely by directly appointing who deserves to be a manager based on the choice of election/leadership.
To overcome these problems, the authors use the Analytic Hierarchy Process method with 6 of them; leadership,
responsibility, communication, cooperation, quality of work, and discipline. Based on the test, it has been obtained
that the system has met the functional requirements and is able to produce an alternative, namely an employee by
the name of Ahmad Nasieh with an eigenvalue of 0.41, the system created can also be categorized as "Eligible".
