AbstractABSTRACT

PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) is a subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) whose shares are fully owned by Telkom. PTTA is engaged in the business of providing construction services and managing network infrastructure. PT. Telkom Akses still finds many problems and obstacles in selecting the best STO. The selection is made by the HRD department by holding a written test. After getting the results of the written test, the HRD staff will observe the technician's behavior and performance on a daily basis. With such a process, the STO selection process becomes less objective and takes a long time because each technician has almost the same performance capabilities. Making a decision support system using the topsis method, while the research method using the waterfall method begins by collecting data related to the system to be built, then analysis is carried out, and continues with designing the system based on the results of the analysis. The next step is to make a program according to the design results. After the program is finished, testing is carried out to ensure that the program created is as expected. Program making uses the PHP programming language and uses MySql. The final result of the research is the creation of a decision support system for the topsis method to make it easier for the HRD department to determine the best STO.
