| Abstract | The number of various kinds of production of the same goods in daily needs makes the fulfillment of product availability inseparable from the role of different suppliers as distributors of these products. Problems Constraints that are often faced are when one supplier is in accordance with the price desired by the shop owner with an appropriate payment grace period but is constrained in the delivery time of goods or ordered goods are damaged in transit, and the slow claim of damaged goods is not handled properly, the number of items originally ordered 15 cartons and then 10 cartons arrived, in other words the number of items did not match the order, and the expiration date was close. From the problems faced by the Rahayu Shop owner, it requires a system that is able to determine which supplier selection will be used as a supplier of its products with several aspects assessments such as service, delivery time, prices, discounts, product quality, and payment grace periods. The technique chosen to produce the system is the method in DSS using SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technology) selection process supplier that is used as a tool to simplify, speed up and provide more accurate results to the decision-making party by carrying out the calculation process that has been determined. made based on alternatives, criteria, weights and the final results of the ranking with the specified period. |
