| Abstract | ABSTRACT Pulo Rembang village is a village which is located in District of Rembang, Central Java, Indonesia. The number of men populations are 1419, while the women populations are 1435 with the total population numbers are 2844 people including 820 families. Pulo Rembang village has some aid programs like Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS), Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RLTH), and Beras Miskin (RASKIN). The problem that usually happens is the innapropiate aid distribution that caused by the government who was only taking sample of populations. In order to resolve the problem that occurs, the author provides a solution called Decision Support System to determine the status of citizens who have rights (who are eligible) to receive the aid. This system will be created using PHP programming language with Framework Codeigniter and also MySQL database. The result of the research is a Decision Support of Determined Beneficiaries Citizenship Status System with Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method in Pulo Rembang village by adjusting some criterias including income, responsible childern, type of building-house, status of building-land and other additional properties to determine the eligible citizen status that should receive aids from the government way more easier |
