| Abstract | ABSTRACT Topical Konveksi is a business entity engaged in the convection industry located in the city of Semarang, Central Java. Topical Convection produces various types of clothing. Topical Convection does not know what items are of interest to buyers and manual selection of goods causes delays in choosing so that the inventory of goods needed is hampered, so it is necessary to create a decision support system. By giving a survey to shop owners in the form of sales data of some of the criteria provided, so that the company can find out what items are most sought after and the output produces a ranking that is done using the Visekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method, the basic concept of VIKOR is to determine the ranking of the alternatives exist by looking at the yield values of the utility and regrets of each alternative. This study aims to apply the VIKOR method which can help Topical Convection in determining the purchase of materials for Topical Convection Semarang by considering various predetermined criteria. There are 4 criteria used in this study, namely the criteria for goods demand, material, price and brand. After the ranking is obtained, it is determined what items are most interested in buyers so that the goods that are in demand must be increased in stock. The results showed that the VIKOR method can help the selection process and determine the right purchase of goods. |
