AbstractThe Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is an agency that has the responsibility to handle all
problems dealing with natural disasters. Not only that, this agency must also determine the priority areas for the
Semarang city flood disaster. In determining the priority of flood disasters in Semarang City, this agency has not
used a system that makes it easier for Semarang City residents to determine which areas are prone to flooding in
Semarang City, as a result, Semarang City residents do not know where the locations of Semarang City are often
flooded. The DSS system for determining disaster priority areas uses a prototype method which aims to get an
overview of the system according to the needs needed at BPBD Semarang City. Therefore, with the SPK web
system for determining disaster priority areas, residents of Semarang City can determine where the locations of
Semarang City are often affected by floods.
