| Abstract | ABSTRACT The problem of performance selection, training participants' achievements in companies / agencies is important because it relates to the achievements achieved by each training participant. The provision of achievements to training participants at this time is still not in accordance with the abilities and skills of the actual training participants, so this is a problem for the relevant agencies in providing achievements to training participants. So far, the awarding of grades and achievements to training participants is done manually, not using the technology system. Decision Support System is a computer-based system that is intended to assist decision making in utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. The SMART method is a multi-criteria decision-making method developed by Edward in 1977. SMART is a multi-criteria decision-making technique based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to with other criteria.
