| Abstract | SMA Mataram Semarang is one of the senior high schools located on Jalan MT.Haryono No.403-405 Jagalan, Central Semarang District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. Usually to choose the best teacher is done by experienced school heads. The problem that occurs is when the principal is not in place when a decision is needed and the selection is not made using records or based on appropriate reports, resulting in jealousy for teachers who are not selected. Therefore, the researcher decided to study the decision support system using the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method in deciding the best teacher so that it can assist the principal in deciding the best teacher according to the criteria set at SMA Mataram Semarang. Sampling using the WASPAS method required 11 respondents, which were addressed to 10 teachers and 1 principal in the use of the system. In the percentage of survey results which explain that the percentage of respondents choosing strongly agree is 95, agree is 12, and quite agree is 0, disagree is 0, and disagree is 0. |
