The problem in the organized of mechanic performance assessment is difficulty to find who got under value, because a lot of criteria that should be completed by the officer. Finally, the assessment choose directly. It can be affect the objectivity of assessment value is less be answered. To solve that problem needs a support decision system of mechanic performance assessment that can helped the officer to find the mechanic who got under value. The process of assessment is entering data due the criteria who haved every mechanic. Then, counting due the design that determined before and produce final total value of every mechanics. The assessment will be displaying by high to low value.
