| Abstract | ABSTRACT Employees are one of the resources used as a driving tool in advancing a company. The competition for employees is getting tighter, making a promotion decision more difficult to decide. With the problems faced, a decision support system was created to assist the staffing department in the decision-making process for promotion. In making this decision support system using the Topsis method, Topsis is a decision-making method to find alternatives to certain criteria using the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development method uses the waterfall method, while the software to be built uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing uses the Black Box and White Box methods. The final result of this research is the creation of a Performance Assessment Decision Support System for Promotion of Promotion at PT. Rodeo Prima Jaya Using the Topsis Method. |
