AbstractOne of the information technology that is in great demand and used by society today is mobile phones. So there
are lots of various mobile phone vendors competing to make innovations and leading features. vendors are
competing to create the best mobile phones among competitors, namely by providing increasingly sophisticated
Android features equipped with increasingly sophisticated specifications as well. The selection of cellphones made
by buyers sometimes confuses prospective buyers of what cellphones to buy according to the criteria. Based on
this, in this final project, a web-based mobile phone selection application was built using the PHP programming
language using Mysql for the database using the criteria of Ram, internal memory, price, cpu speed. The decisionmaking method used is the Mooora method. This method is used for weight values, normalization values, to
optimization values which are then carried out a ranking process to determine the best alternative that will be
recommended to buyers. The result is a web-based decision support system that can provide a choice of cellphones
to buyers according to their needs, in the form of information on several cellphones to buyers according to the
desired criteria.
