| Abstract | ABSTRACT The employee selection process is the first process for companies to get quality employees that the company needs. The company must first determine the criteria for the desired employee and use it as a guideline in conducting employee selection. CV. Trijaya Sejahtera often faces the problem of resigning new employees at the company. While the development method uses the prototyping model method and the system is built using the PHP programming language, the database server uses MySQL. The result of this research is a new employee selection decision support system using the web-based TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. With this system, it is hoped that it can help companies in the recruitment process and make it easier for leaders to get quality employees. |
