AbstractABSTRACT

The Employee Bonus Determination System at PT, Permata Griya Sejahtera is a system built to replace the
conventional ranking system, namely by recording employee performance in a report in the company. If the
employee wants to get an additional bonus from the company, there must be an action taken by the employee in
order to get the bonusfrom the company. Of course the company can provide certain criteria to employees so that
employees can meet these criteria. This system is built using the PHP programming language using the VsCode
and MYSQL tools as the database The results to be achieved from this system are the ranking information of
employees who will get a bonus based on the ranking displayed in the system
