AbstractABSTRACT

Gogodalem Village is one of the villages in Bringin District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province which already has a village head office. At the Gogodalem village head office, the process of archiving and storing documents is done manually, that is, all documents are printed and then stored in a storage cabinet, both in terms of incoming and outgoing letters. With the increasing number of documents every day, it results in the accumulation of documents that are not archived and stored properly, resulting in an increasing need for document storage. With these problems, we need an information that can help in archiving the document. This system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of archived documents. It is hoped that the existence of this archiving system can facilitate the archiving of documents (e-files). This system is made using the waterfall method. Its application begins with collecting data related to the system to be built, then analysis is carried out, and continues with designing the system based on the results of the analysis. The next step is to make a program according to the design results. After the program is completed, testing is carried out to ensure that the program created is as expected. Making the program using the PHP programming language and using MySql. Then the test results are carried out using the black box testing method.
