AbstractABSTRACT

Efficient, fast, accurate and secure management of SPP administration is needed for an agency. MTs Negeri
(MTsN) 1 Semarang or better known as Emtesa Semarang, is one of the favorite Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri
in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The management of school financial statements is still carried out by TU
officers and school financial payment data is still recorded in the form of books. With the storage in the form of
this book can complicate the search for data of students who have not paid the Education Coaching Contribution
(SPP). So schools need a system for collecting budget details. The application is designed using UML model
visualizations and developed using the PHP Framework Codeigniter and MySql programming languages as
databases. The conclusion of this study is that the SPP Management System in MTS N 1 Semarang is expected
with this system the results obtained become better for schools and can maximize the performance of officers in
making student dues payments and information obtained more effectively and efficiently.
